Level 1 to Level 3 supportdesk experience, ranging from direct customer facing contact via phone, tickets or email, to handon problem solving at a second level, to a deepdive into the systems. The Level 3 tasks are closely related to the Junior Windows System Administration tasks.
M365 Administration
Taking care of the M365 productivity suite for clients, with experience ranging from Exchange Online to Teams (and Teams Voice), to Sharepoint sites and collections, OneDrive migrations, license management and general troubleshooting.
